RENTAL AGREEMENT
PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This agreement has been made between the person renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” (hereinafter referred to as “CUSTOMER”) and the person renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” (hereinafter referred to as “GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS”) for the purpose of renting the “VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT” for a certain period of time with a start and end date in advance.
The customer and his/her companions who make a reservation for any of the villas/apartments/apartments within GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS through our website or by phone or by e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following terms in advance.
Any act contrary to the conditions below gives “GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS” the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, request the customer to leave the villa/flat/apartment, not to refund the deposit, damage fee, rental fee received, and to demand the full amount of unpaid rental fees.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
You can make a pre-reservation for our Villas/Apartments/Apartments via the reservation form on our website or via SMS, phone or e-mail.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS performs your pre-rental process by specifying the dates you will rent the Villa/Apartment/Apartment you want to rent and obtaining the necessary transportation and billing information from you.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS takes 20%-35% of the total fee to be paid for the villa/apartment/apartment as a deposit payment after the pre-rental is made.
If the deposit is paid within 1 (one) business day after the pre-rental is made, the villa/apartment/apartment will be reserved in your name and kept waiting. The deposit amount you need to pay and our bank account numbers will also be notified to you via e-mail, SMS or phone.
The deposit can be paid via EFT-Bank Transfer and Credit Card via the website within 1 (one) business day.
The rental confirmation of the Villa/Apartment/Flat will be sent to you in writing within 1 business day at the latest after the deposit is received.
The total fee, the deposit received, the dates on which the villa was rented in your name and the day and time of the deposit you paid are stated in the rental.
If the deposit is not paid, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS may use the right to cancel the pre-booking without informing the customer and to make another reservation for the villa/apartment/boarding house.
The remaining fee of the Villa/Apartment/Flat is collected in advance (cash) after the contract is made, the Villa/Apartment/Flat is checked and the Villa/Apartment/Flat is delivered.
Again, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS, since the rented property is delivered to the customer furnished, does not accept any damage, loss, damage, etc. Although it is 1000 TL/5000 TL damage deposit is taken and this deposit is taken in cash upon delivery of the Villa/Apartment/Flat. The damage deposit will be returned to the customer after the inspection of the fixed assets upon the customer's departure if there is no deficiency. In order to prevent any grievances that may occur due to the above reasons, it is strongly reminded that these amounts are prepared with you in cash on the day you enter the villa/apartment/flat.
ENTERING / EXITING THE VILLA / APARTMENT / APARTMENT
The earliest entry time for the reservation start day is 16:00, the latest is 20:00.
The customer cannot enter the villa / apartment / apartment outside the specified hours, and if they arrive after the latest entry time, they can enter the villa / apartment / apartment the next morning at the beginning of GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS's working hours (09:00).
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from the customer not being able to enter the villa / apartment / apartment if they arrive before or after the specified time, staying overnight, not being able to find accommodation, etc.
The customer must find their own place to spend the night and pay the accommodation fee. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for such situations.
At the end of the reservation, the departure time from the villa/apartment/apartment is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all our regions.
The customer is personally responsible for all problems, damages, grievances, etc. arising from the customer's failure to vacate the villa/apartment/apartment at 10:00 in the morning or their late evacuation, and will cover any material damages that GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS may suffer as a result of these negativities.
We strongly remind you that travel plans should be made according to these hours so that neither party is victimized.
In case of an early check-out, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS must be informed 24 hours in advance.
In the event that the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment before the villa/apartment/apartment can be checked due to density, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account to be notified by the customer, and the shipping costs will be paid from the damage deposit.
If the customer leaves the villa/apartment/flat early of his/her own volition, no refund will be made to the customer for the accommodation fee.
VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT CAPACITY
Our villas/apartments/apartments will never accept guests in excess of the capacity stated on our website or the number of people stated when making the reservation (including children and babies).
If the customer wants to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, a written application will be made to GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS and this change can be approved if the capacity of the villa/apartment/apartment is considered appropriate by GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS may request an additional fee from the customer.
After entering the villa/apartment/apartment, guests other than those stated in the reservation list will never be accepted into the villa/apartment/apartment. In cases where the contrary is detected, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS has the right to request the guests to leave the villa/apartment/apartment, to cancel the reservation completely or to request the villa/apartment/apartment to be completely vacated without waiting for the end of the rental period, and to request the full amount and an extra fee.
During the rental phase of the villa/apartment/apartment, the transaction is carried out in accordance with the customer's declaration, and the customer accepts that the information provided is correct and complete, and all responsibilities that may arise in this regard.
VILLA/APARTMENT/APARTMENT CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES
Daily, weekly, monthly villa/apartment/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning unless an extra fee is specified.
For accommodations of 2 (two) weeks or more, weekly cleaning and change of towels/sheets etc. are included in the prices. Any cleaning and change of towels/sheets etc. requested apart from this are subject to a fee.
Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early every morning, and if any technical problems occur in the villa during the rental period, they will be fixed by the landlord, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible, it only helps to fix the problem.
In order to perform periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas/apartments/apartments, the staff on duty must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment/apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the staff on duty to enter the villa/apartment/apartment when necessary.
Unless otherwise stated on the villa/apartment/apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices.
Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in every villa/apartment/apartment, so it is recommended that you carefully read the features of the villa/apartment/apartment you rent on our villa/apartment/apartment features page.
PETS/CIGARETTES
Unless otherwise stated, pets are strictly not allowed in our villas/apartments/apartments.
Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of all our villas/apartments/apartments.
PRICES
The villa/apartment/apartment rental fees stated on our website are daily, weekly, monthly.
The deposit can be made to our bank accounts via bank transfer, EFT, or Credit Card payment system.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND REFUND CONDITIONS
The prepayment of the villa/apartment/apartment price (regardless of the channel it was made) deposited to the GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS account will not be refunded to the customer regardless of the amount.
Cancellation conditions;
a) The prepayment sent for the reservation is refundable up to the 90th day before the start of the trip.
b) If it is up to the 60th day before the start of the trip, the customer must pay 20% of the total rental price.
c) If it is between the 29th day before the start of the trip and the day the trip starts or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay 100% of the travel price.
If the customer pays the entire villa/apartment/apartment price to GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS upon his/her own request (by EFT or money transfer or in advance or in a single payment by credit card), 20% (twenty percent) of the paid price will be lost in cancellations made up to 30 days before the villa/apartment/apartment. The remaining 80% (eighty percent) will be refunded to the account number provided by the customer. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this amount.
If the reservation cancellation occurs 29 days or less before the villa/apartment/apartment check-in date or if the villa/apartment/apartment is not checked in and/or there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer.
Material damages that may arise due to refund transactions of payments made by credit card cannot be charged to GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS. Such material damages, commission fees, etc. will be deducted from the money to be refunded to the customer.
If the villa/apartment/apartment reservation is cancelled by GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS for any reason, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be offered to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be refunded to the customer.
In addition, for some of our villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page), the entire deposit paid and the total villa/apartment/apartment rental fee specific to these villas/apartments/apartments (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment internet detail page; for villas/apartments/apartments where the entire villa rental fee must be paid 30 days before the reservation date) will be collected from the customer. No fee will be refunded even if the reservation is cancelled.
If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS reserves the right to cancel the reservation in question, not to refund the previously paid fee and to make another reservation for this villa/apartment/apartment.
Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail or registered mail). Reservation cancellations made by talking on the phone are absolutely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the written notice reaches GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS.
Including the cases of termination of the contract without proper written notice or due to a reason arising from the fault of the customer, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the villa/apartment/apartment, provided that it is valid from the reservation confirmation with the express declaration of the parties to this contract.
The entire amount shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment, and GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS reserves all legal rights in this regard.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A different amount of damage deposit will be collected from the customer according to the characteristics of each villa/apartment/apartment. This deposit amount will be written in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process.
The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment/apartment and will be returned in cash if the villa/apartment/apartment and the fixtures of the villa/apartment/apartment are delivered in good condition and there is no damage, missing, etc. during the inspection to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment/apartment.
If the customer wants to leave the villa/apartment/apartment at an earlier hour than stated in the contract or if the villa/apartment/apartment exit check cannot be made due to busyness, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be received from the customer. If the damage in the villa/apartment/apartment exceeds the amount of the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.
SWIMMING POOLS
The swimming pool temperatures of our villas/apartments/apartments; vary according to the weather conditions and seasonal temperatures, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible in any way if the customer renting the villa/apartment/apartment cannot enter the pool due to the pool being cold and therefore cannot use the pool.
The customer who will rent the villa/apartment/apartment can get information about the weather conditions on the date of renting the villa/apartment from the website of the General Directorate of State Meteorology or by calling the General Directorate of State Meteorology.
HEATED SWIMMING POOLS
Not every villa/apartment has a heating system in its swimming pools. If there is a heating system, this is clearly stated on the detail page of the villa/apartment.
Some are paid, some are free.

The water temperatures of heated swimming pools vary between 26 and 29 degrees Celsius. It is definitely not boiling water or very hot water like in places like spas or hot springs etc.
You should take this into consideration when renting your villa and requesting heating for a fee. Those who use expressions such as “This water is not hot” etc. and want to get back the money they paid for heating will not be refunded.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for the customer who rents the villa in this way (with heated pool) not being able to use the pool due to such situations. In addition, since the pool heating is done with electricity, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is not responsible and cannot be held responsible for the cooling of the pool due to a power outage caused by the electricity company.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is responsible for the delivery of the villa/apartment/apartment to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready for use.
If there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction upon entering the villa/apartment/apartment, the customer must immediately notify GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS and request that these malfunctions be fixed.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will notify this request to the villa/apartment/apartment owner or the relevant company and ensure that this malfunction is fixed within 48 hours at the latest.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is not responsible for fixing the malfunction, it will help fix the malfunction.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any problems not reported on time
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS acts as an intermediary between the villa/apartment/apartment owner and the customer, and therefore the villa/apartment/apartment owner is responsible for the elimination of any problems that may occur in the villa/apartment/apartment.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur and are the responsibility of the customers, and any fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the villa/apartment/apartment.
The customer's transportation to the villa/apartment/apartment, their return, the trips, shopping, food, beverage, entertainment, transportation, travel, guidance services that they will receive from third parties/companies during the holiday, etc. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will not be responsible for any problems arising from any service such as
After leaving the villa/apartment/apartment, the customer cannot claim any right or refund for a service that he/she could not receive due to a malfunction or failure that he/she did not notify GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS during his/her stay in the villa/apartment/apartment.
INVOICE – TAX
No villa, or any apartment, any apartment published on the GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS web page belongs to GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS.
The owners of each villa/apartment/apartment are different persons, individuals, institutions, companies.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is an intermediary (broker) for renting villas/apartments/flats of individuals, individuals, institutions, companies to the customer, therefore GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS only issues a brokerage (brokerage) invoice.
In other words, it earns a certain brokerage (brokerage) profit from the fee paid by the customer and issues an invoice for this profit. Since the remaining profit is the profit of the villa/apartment/flat owner, it does not issue an invoice for the rest.
The remaining amount is the responsibility of the villa/apartment/flat owner, therefore the villa/apartment/flat owner issues the invoice for the remaining amount.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is only obliged to issue an invoice for the profit it earns, it does not issue an invoice for the profit earned by third parties, institutions, individuals, companies, it is absolutely not responsible for this, it cannot be held responsible.
CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic appliances and other furniture delivered to them in the villa/apartment/apartment in working and sound condition.
Customers are obliged to leave all kitchenware delivered to them clean in the same way.
On the day of departure, the villa/apartment/apartment must be returned with all garbage thrown away and dishes washed.
In other cases and in cases where the villa/apartment/apartment is left dirty beyond reasonable limits, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will collect a cleaning fee from the damage deposit.
In the event of any damage to the villa/apartment/apartment, customers are obliged to notify GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS.
The cost of any damage and any lost items caused by the customers to the villa/apartment/apartment during their stay will be deducted from the deposit if a damage deposit has been received, and in cases of damage exceeding the damage deposit, the customer will be asked to pay in cash.
In addition, the customer and their companions must be careful to comply with social and moral rules, not to make noise that will disturb the environment, not to listen to loud music, and not to engage in behaviors prohibited by the laws of our country and that constitute a crime. In the event that a complaint is received by GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS about the customer and their companions for such reasons, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS has the right to ask the customer to vacate the villa/apartment/apartment before the reservation period expires.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS does not provide a 100% invisibility guarantee for our customers who will stay in the villas specified on the web page and defined as conservative (villas with pools not visible from the outside).
Regarding invisibility, customers must ensure their own privacy.
In such problems, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS does not accept responsibility. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for such problems.
FORCE MAJEURE
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS may terminate this contract unilaterally without assuming any legal liability in cases falling within the scope of force majeure.
War, threat of war, uprising, strikes, terrorist activities, epidemics, technical problems that may occur in transportation in the region or country, superstructure and infrastructure works carried out by municipalities or public institutions that GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot prevent, prohibitions imposed by state authorities in the region and all events that cannot be predicted and develop beyond our control will be evaluated within the scope of force majeure.
COMPLAINTS
Customers will immediately notify GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS of their complaints during their stay in the villa/apartment/apartments.
The situation in question will be investigated by GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS staff and the necessary measures will be taken immediately. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will not be held responsible for any complaints that are not reported during the accommodation and that are made after the accommodation is over and the villa/apartment/apartments are left.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will not disclose personal information to any company or third parties except for the cases defined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS never sells the personal information of visitors, registered users and partners to third parties.
Personal information refers to any information that identifies the user, such as name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS may use personal information to determine user profiles and conduct statistical studies within its own organization and may only share it with third parties for the purpose of conducting these studies.
GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS undertakes to keep personal information strictly private and confidential, to consider this as a confidentiality obligation, to take the necessary measures and show due diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality, to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.
Although GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS has taken the necessary information security measures, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS will not have any responsibility in the event that confidential information is damaged or passed on to third parties as a result of attacks on the “www.tatilimden.com” site and the system.

www.gunesholidayvillas.com does not bear any responsibility for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed through the link.
www.gunesholidayvillas.com detects and uses the IP addresses of users when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in a general way and to collect comprehensive demographic information.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1) The roads leading to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment are bad, uphill, stabilized, wet ground, etc. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible in cases where GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot prevent such situations.
2) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible in any way for any accidents that may occur during transportation to the Villa/Apartment/Apartment.
3) In the event that the different materials used in the construction of some villas (cedar tree, pine tree, some plastic products, all kinds of plants in the garden or inside the villa, etc.) disturb the customer in terms of health or psychology, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible in any way for this incident.
4) A private vehicle will be required for customers who will stay in all our Villas/Apartments/Apartments. The customer's transportation to the villa/apartment/apartment is his/her own responsibility. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible in any way.
5) The customer can obtain a taxi, transfer vehicle or rental vehicle from third parties. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS does not interfere with the transfer or taxi service that will be rented or rented from third parties. It is the customer's own responsibility.
6) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible if the customer who rented the villa or apartment or apartment is not satisfied with the geographical location of the villa or apartment or apartment he rented. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS has marked the location of the villa/apartment/apartment approximately on Google Map.
7) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for damage to the private or rented vehicle during transportation to the villa/apartment/apartment.
8) The "distance table" specified on the "www.onlinevillam.com" detail page about the villa/apartment/apartment is written approximately. The distances are not clearly stated. There may be minor errors. The customer who rents the villa/apartment/apartment agrees to take this into consideration.
9) The “airport” specified in the “distance table” on the “www.tatilimden.com” detail page of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment is the closest airport to the villa/apartment/apartment. This could be Dalaman, Bodrum or Antalya etc. Airport. You should ask the GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS official which airport is the closest. Otherwise, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for problems arising from purchasing a plane ticket to the wrong or distant airport.
10) The distances specified in the “distance table” on the “www.tatilimden.com” detail page of the Villa/Apartment/Apartment are written by taking into account the nearest restaurant, the nearest beach, the nearest settlement, the nearest beach, the nearest public transportation route and the nearest airport. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS does not accept responsibility if the specified restaurant or market is closed.
11) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as drowning, falling, broken legs, broken arms that may occur in the pool in the Villa/Apartment/Flat.
12) All villas have a hot water tank heated by solar energy of approximately 160 liters. The customer is personally responsible for any problems arising from excessive hot water consumption outside of fair use and GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from this situation.
13) There is no food, beverage, any food product, etc. in any of our villas/apartments/apartments. There are no services such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, open buffet, etc. in any villa/apartment/apartment. Providing these products is the customer's own responsibility. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for such situations.
14) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for situations such as no mobile phone signal, little signal, or no internet reception from the mobile phone in the villas/apartments/apartments or on the road. You can call your GSM operator and get detailed information about the GSM signal status in the region you will go to.
15) Even if you make a payment by credit card or mail order or EFT or money order or etc., never buy a plane ticket, bus ticket, etc. before you receive a “confirmation e-mail” and “confirmation document”. Even if you make the payment to GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS, if you do not receive a “confirmation e-mail” and “confirmation document”, you will not be considered to have rented the villa/apartment/apartment. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any material and moral damages that may arise from this and similar situations where the customer acts hastily. 16) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for all accidents and incidents caused by the customer in the villa/apartment/apartment, such as fire, electricity leakage, gas cylinder leakage and deaths and accidents that may occur as a result, telephone and internet outages caused by the internet provider (Türk Telekom etc.), electricity outages caused by the electricity company, water outages caused by the water company. 17) Our Villas/Apartments/apartments that we have stated on our website are exactly the same, excuses such as not being as seen on the website, looking better on the website, being bigger or smaller on the website, etc. are never acceptable and GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for these.
18) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for any negativities that may arise from positive or negative natural events/conditions and positive or negative weather conditions/conditions.
19) GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for incidents such as bee, scorpion, insect, snake bites, cat, dog bites, etc. to the customer.
20) If the customer who wants to prefer conservative villas, which are called villas with pools that are not visible from the outside, does not have the following statements on the villa's detail page; "this villa is suitable for conservative families", "pool is not visible from the outside", "veiled women can prefer", etc., that villa is not a conservative villa. The customer renting the villa without such phrases cannot claim that the villa is not conservative. GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS is absolutely not responsible for such cases. We recommend that the customer who will rent the villa reads all the details carefully.
21) The customer is directly responsible for any ants or insects or other animals that gather inside the villa/apartment/apartment or on the pool garden or pool terrace due to any foodstuff or your garbage, GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS cannot be held responsible for this situation.

24) In cases such as funeral, death, war, health problem, accident or cancellation of leave of public personnel or private company personnel, all rental conditions are strictly valid and cancellation is absolutely out of the question.

DISPUTES
FETHİYE Enforcement Offices and Courts are authorized to resolve any legal disputes that may arise regarding the issues covered by this contract.
CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR ANY OF OUR VILLAS/APARTMENTS/APARTMENTS ARE CONSIDERED TO HAVE ACCEPTED ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS. ANY BEHAVIOR CONTRARY TO ANY OF THESE TERMS GIVES "GUNESHOLİDAYVİLLAS" THE RIGHT TO UNILATERALLY CANCEL THE RESERVATIONS, NOT MAKE A REFUND AND REQUEST THE FULL FEE.
