How Do I Rent?
Villa Dedem A Block is a luxury holiday home located in the Hisarönü region. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the accommodation capacity is eight people. The indoor heated pool with features such as a private pool, sauna and Turkish bath is equipped with quality and carefully selected items in the villa interior design. It is an ideal option for our guests who want to spend their holidays in the winter months. Our villa is 5 km from Ölüdeniz beach and 2 km from Hisarönü center. There are also B-C-D-E Block villas located in the same area. Large family groups can rent these villas at the same time and spend their holidays together if they wish.
Interior features of the house
Living room: There is a carefully furnished living room, modern armchairs, a dining table for 8 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning.
Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is equipped with sufficient kitchen equipment and fittings. It is equipped with facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, teapot and kettle, so it can serve 8 people and more guests.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony with pool and garden view.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, balcony with pool and garden view.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and wardrobe.
NOTE: Pool heating is included in the price between November 01 - April 30. If pool heating is requested on other dates, an additional fee of 1000,- TL per day (may vary depending on the period) is charged. Pool heating fee is calculated for the day of stay. Pool heating is not active for stays under 3 nights. Guests who want pool heating must contact the contact person 3 days before entering the villa.
